About the Merge PDF
Sending five separate attachments for one application or expense claim makes them easy to miss and annoying to print. Merging joins several PDFs into a single file, one after another, in the order you arrange them. Every page is copied as it is, so text stays selectable and nothing is re-rendered. The joining happens inside your browser, so the files are never uploaded.
What you can do
- Add two or more PDFs at once, or add more files after the first batch.
- Drag files by their handle to set the order they appear in the merged document.
- Remove a file from the list before merging if it was added by mistake.
- Download the result as merged.pdf and check its size before you send it.
- Each PDF is listed with its file name and size, so you can see what you are about to join.
- Text, links and image quality in every source file are carried into the merged copy without re-rendering.

- Putting a CV, cover letter and certificates into one file for a job application.
- Combining monthly statements or receipts into a single document for an accountant.
- Joining separate scans of a multi-page form back into one PDF.

Things to know
- Password-protected files cannot be merged. Remove the password with Unlock PDF first.
- Whole files are joined; to take only some pages from a file, run it through Extract PDF Pages first.
- The merged file is roughly the sum of the inputs. If it is too large to email, follow up with Compress PDF.
- Large batches use your device memory, so very big files may be slow on older phones.
- The merged document is always named merged.pdf; rename it after downloading if you need a more specific name.
