About the PDF to PowerPoint
When a presentation only exists as a PDF, changing a date or a figure normally means rebuilding the slide. This converter turns each PDF page into a PowerPoint slide of the same size, with text placed as editable text boxes and tables rebuilt as PowerPoint tables. You can then update the content in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
What you can do
- Get one slide per PDF page, sized to match the page.
- Edit headings and body text as normal text boxes, with font size, bold and colour kept.
- Edit tables as real PowerPoint tables, including header shading.
- Use OCR for scanned handouts so their text is recognised first.
- Slides use the same width and height as the PDF pages, so landscape documents stay landscape.

Things to know
- Pictures, logos, charts and background designs are not copied onto the slides; you will need to add them again.
- Text is grouped into boxes by layout, so a heavily designed slide may need its boxes moved or resized.
- If you only need slides as pictures, PDF to Images is faster and keeps the exact look.
- Uploads are limited to 25 MB. The finished .pptx is stored temporarily for the download link only, and is deleted automatically within about half an hour.
