About the Scan to PDF
You do not need a flatbed scanner to send a signed form or a stack of receipts as a PDF. On a phone, this tool opens the rear camera so you can photograph each page in turn; on a computer, you can drop in photos you already took. The pages are combined into one PDF in your browser, without uploading anything.
What you can do
- Take a photo of each page directly with your phone camera, or pick existing photos from your gallery or computer.
- Reorder captured pages by dragging them, and remove a blurry shot before you build the file.
- Choose Fit to photo, A4 or Letter as the page size, so a printed copy comes out at a familiar paper size.
- Keep adding pages until the document is complete, then download it as one PDF.
- Works on Android and iPhone browsers, with no app to install.
When it works best
- Sending a signed paper contract or permission slip back the same day.
- Digitising receipts for an expense claim while you are still at the till.
- Capturing handwritten notes or whiteboard sketches after a meeting.

Things to know
- Photos are used as taken: there is no automatic edge detection, perspective correction or contrast boost, so shoot from straight above in good light.
- A page that came out sideways can be fixed afterwards with Rotate PDF.
- The result is image-only. Run it through PDF OCR to make the words searchable and copyable.
- Camera shots stay on your phone; the PDF is assembled locally in the browser.
